Our annual visit to KosherFest has yielded yet more complaints of greedy attendees and the over-orgy indulgence in free food. Not that we’re complaining. This leads us into a larger discussion of terrible kosher restaurants, of which there are many. But who is at fault, the consumers or the professionals? Both, most likely.
